The XL Air is a very impressive buggy. It's easy to see why it's earned the highest praise from its customers. It's extremely light - the chassis and wheels weigh only 6.5kg and it's super-easy to put together. I was able to get it up and running in less than five minutes. This is remarkable considering it also includes attaching fabric for the carrycot.

The seat is large and comfortable for Annie, who is 12 months old. The recline lever was simple to operate. There's plenty of space in the basket too and I am awestruck by the fact that it comes with a zip-up compartment in the handle bar so that you can keep your keys and phone safe!

The only slight downside is that the handlebar is quite low, which can be a problem for taller parents. It's covered with a soft, comfortable leather-like material that is easy to wipe down.

The seat can be adjusted to lay flat and the canopy can be opened to allow maximum air circulation on hot days. The handle can be adjusted by more than 30cm, to fit mum or dad.

It's the newest and most expensive addition to their bargain lightweight stroller collection. It's also like the Ickle Bubba Aurora and Yoyo, is car seat adaptable which means you can use it right from birth (the carrycot folds away).

The new Pace comes with some amazing design elements, including rose-gold hues on the chassis, hood, and stroller trims that really distinguish it from. The stroller and car seat fabrics are stylish in tan, grey and cream. You can also add handles made of leather and a bumper bar to complement.

The stroller seat can be used from birth up to 22kg. It easily converts into a 2-in-1 reversible position, which is either parent-facing or world-facing. The stroller seat offers multiple lying positions, a softly padded leg rests and has an extendable sun canopy featuring concealed zip sections, viewing transparent flaps, and a retractable sun visor section.

Furthermore, when folded in half, the Pace measures up at 56 33 x 43 x 32cm, which is enough to qualify as hand luggage with Easyjet and Ryanair, among other airlines. It's also easy to fold, thanks to two buttons on either side of the handlebar that just need to be pressed in and out. Then, it will pop up.
